How to Use

Step 1

Gently brush your teeth prior to use, being careful not to aggravate your gums

Step 2

Squeeze approximately 0.25ml - 0.5ml of whitening gel into both the top and bottom of your duplex mouthguard

Step 3

Place the LED light on the mouthguard, switch the light on and place in your mouth

Step 4

Sit back and relax for 30 - 45 mins while your let your Smile White Co products work their magic!

Step 5

Show off your dazzling new smile to all of your friends, colleagues and family!

Other steps:

1. Before your first use, remove the plastic cover out of the LED light battery compartment
2. Take out your duplex tray from its container and rinse thoroughly with water.
3. Rinse the duplex mouthguard tray thoroughly after each use
4. After your first three applications of whitening gel, we advise using the re-mineralisation gel to minimise teeth sensitivity. Directly after your third application of whitening gel, apply approx. 0.25ml - 0.5ml of re-mineralisation gel to both sides of the duplex tray. Insert duplex tray into your mouth. Remove the duplex tray after 15 - 20 minutes and rinse mouth and tray out thoroughly
5. After treatment, keep your duplex tray in its holder and keep gels refrigerated to increase shelf life.
